Orphan page
An orphan page is a page that no other page on your site links to. Crawlers struggle to find it, so it is often slow to index or never indexed at all.
Orphan pages usually appear after a redesign or a migration, when old links are dropped but the pages remain.
Link the page from a relevant hub or article. Add it to the sitemap when it should be indexed.

A campaign page remains in the sitemap after its navigation link is removed.
A common mistake
Assuming inclusion in a sitemap replaces useful internal navigation.
How to check it
Compare known URLs with a crawl of internal links. Add relevant links where the page still has a useful role.
