Nothing goes in a report because a tool said so. We check it against the response your server actually sends, then we quote it. If we cannot reproduce a finding, it does not ship.
Write for the developer who fixes it
A finding that names no URL and no line is not a finding, it is an opinion. Every issue we raise says where it is, what proves it, and what to change.
Publish what we learn
We write up the checks we run and the mistakes we see. You should be able to do this yourself with our notes, and some clients do.
