Semantic SEO
Thin content
Thin content is a page with little unique value. Common examples are a near-duplicate, a placeholder, or a page that only exists to target a keyword. It dilutes the pages that matter.
Search engines would rather rank one strong page than ten weak ones on the same topic. Thin pages compete with your good pages and lower trust in the site.
The fix is to merge, improve, or remove. Fewer, deeper pages usually beat many shallow ones.
